Account access
Keep your verified email, name, and department / agency accurate and your credentials private. Existing approved testers have lifetime free access; administrators may grant other complimentary accounts or suspend access.
All accounts require a fresh sign-in every 14 hours, including offline use. Trial or subscription expiration may end access sooner.
Subscriptions
Both plans include the same features: $1.99 USD/month or $14.99 USD/year, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Eligible accounts receive one seven-day trial with a payment method upfront. Unless canceled before the displayed trial-end time, your selected plan is charged automatically and renews monthly or annually until canceled. Accounts that have used their trial are charged at checkout.
Cancellation
Open Your subscription, select Cancel renewal, and confirm in Stripe. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. Access continues until the displayed trial or paid-period end, subject to sign-in requirements and suspension.
Signing out or deleting a saved guide does not cancel billing. See Billing help for payment methods and invoices.
